Where do I begin?

Good morning, good afternoon, and good evening ladies and gentlemen. This is a blog post written for you, fellow friends who are thinking about joining the Marine Corps. First and foremost, you should always seek out a recruiter. Sometimes, there are recruiters who will NOT tell you the TRUTH. This is why I am here to tell you all about my experience. What did the recruiters tell me? What should I have known? What are the benefits of the reserves? “Why do we teach everyone … The obvious answer is that we learn something. In the process of learning how to write, we at least learn respect for just how hard this kind of creativity is, and that respect is itself its own value(Lessig, Pg. 156)” Therefore, I want to teach everyone that is reading this post about the importance of asking the right questions. Learning about what can change their future for the rest of their lives.

If you are seeking information about joining the Marine Corps, talk to a nearby recruiter. If you do not see their information as fitting and you have more detailed questions, ask me. I am here to answer any questions that people have about joining the military. Included in this blog, I will go through the journey that I went through. Why I created this blog post, and how it has created such an importance in my life to continue spreading correct information about the Marine Corps. There is a lot of uncertainty when it comes to seeking out information, but this is YOUR LIFE. Your decisions now will dictate your future.

Be prepared; know that you are being evaluated on your physique, mental strength, and appearance the moment you step into that recruiter’s office. Set a good example for yourself and know how to prepare for a monumental moment such as this. The first time I stepped into the recruiter’s office, I was scared shitless. Yet, I was professional and presented myself well.
